The Clubhouse offers a convenient location to meet, exercise and participate in community activities

The Clubhouse is open each day from 4:00 am to 11:55 pm

Access to the Clubhouse is through your confidential code used on the touchpad by the front door

The address is 1 Regency Drive and there are 4 emergency telephones (in the Workout Room, Locker rooms and by the Pool)

The Clubhouse has WiFi available for residents' use: Network CLUBHOUSE, Password regencyofthewoods

You and your guests can use the Parking Lot, just let the Property Manager know

Clubhouse Descriptions
Exercise Room

Please be sure you are using clean, dry gym shoes while in the Exercise Room

There are various types of equipment available for your use

The locker rooms provides daily lockers as well as showers

It is safer if you do not exercise alone

Courtesy includes television volume and wiping down equipment after use
Pool and Deck

The pool is open from about Memorial Day to Labor Day
-
Sign in on the sheet by the exercise/locker room doors
-
A resident must be present with any guests
-
Food (other than drinks in plastic containers) is not allowed in the pool area
-
Laps have priority in lap lanes at all times
-
When done using an umbrella for shade, please lower the umbrella

Use the locker rooms for entrance and exit when in swimwear or when wet

Patios

The Patios are the place to enjoy your food and drink

There is a Pool Patio (not the Pool Deck) out toward the courts, the Sitting Patio on the south side of the Clubhouse and the Fireplace Patio on the west Clubhouse wall

When done using an umbrella for shade, please lower the umbrella
Ballroom

There is a large screen television and DVD player in the room

The Ballroom (along with the Kitchen) is available for rent by residents

There are tables and chairs in the closet that can be set up for events
Kitchen

There is a refrigerator, microwave, a sink, and a disposer
-
There are some serving dishes and tableware available
-
No one else cleans the kitchen, it is up to those who use it to clean it
Walnut Room

This is the room with the pool table and bar; it opens to the Pool Patio

Liquor may not be left in the Clubhouse overnight

There are card tables in the room

There is a large screen television and DVD player in the room
Garden Room

This is the room across from the front Office

There are tables and chairs in the room

There is a large screen television and DVD player in the room
Front Closet

Use this closet to hang coats as needed at events

There is a mailbox/dropbox inside of the closet on the wall

​Sports equipment is kept in this closet
Outdoor Sports

There are pickleball/tennis and bocce courts

Sports equipment is kept in the Front Closet

Court nets are usually set up around Memorial Day and taken down around the end of October
Library

Books are available for loan on an honor system

The books are located throughout the Clubhouse

Books should be returned in the Book Return Box, please do not re-shelf them
